"Belgium is under a lot of pressure from Russia, from a lot of Europeans, also from from United States," Kallas tells Bloomberg's Oliver Crook in Brussels. "If we have the European proposal, then Belgium is just abiding the law. So anybody who has anything to say against can go to court against the European Union, which means that everybody, all the European countries are liable."
