"That oil helps destabilize Europe," Zelenskiy explained during a speech at the World Economic Forum's annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland. "If [Russian President Vladimir] Putin has no money, there is no war for Europe. If Europe has money, then it can protect its people," he added.
