The US Vice President JD Vance has postponed a trip to Switzerland, where face-to-face talks over Iran's nuclear program were meant to begin. The Swiss Foreign Ministry confirmed the postponement without giving a reason. A White House spokesperson cited logistical challenges for the delay.
And Bloomberg has learnt that the US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick has expressed concern to ASML executives, that one of its top-of-the-line chipmaking machines may have made its way into China, in violation of US-led export restrictions. ASML has pushed back, saying it has never shipped an EUV machine to China.
