hey guys we'll see how this comes out final day of vacation hadn't intended to do a video today and that group of uh six thugs in the supreme court uh republicans in robes decided they would go ahead and overturn one of the most basic and fundamental rights in the united states of that of course being their overturning of roe versus wade with the hobbs decision they have now proven yesterday when they decided that states couldn't protect themselves with real concealed carry laws that would stop people from concealed carry that uh states do obviously have the empathy understanding legal training to get inside of your uterus and decide what should occur there they do not however to decide that a terrorist and or somebody who is a domestic abuser should not be able to carry a 50 caliber rifle that can shoot down small aircraft that's where we are in america we've been hijacked by a supreme court elected by two president put on the court five of the six two presidents who did not get the popular vote don't come at me with the 2004 uh bush re-election fruit of the poison tree he doesn't have the court and uh and florida hand him his election in 2000 he never gets reelected so two court two presidents five justices um a complete minority uh making a decision on issues where 70 80 plus percent of us disagree it's tyranny actually is what it really is it's tyranny um and now republicans in gerrymandered states like the one i live in like ohio will probably almost completely ban abortion i haven't had time to read the decisions i don't know if it's 15 weeks but a lot of women don't even know they're pregnant then um you know there's no exceptions for rapists and you're going to find women who have to actually give visitation rights to their rapists and those that molest them in their family it's it is utterly insane as is the gun law that will now make sure after congress got together the senate even 15 republicans decided that they had to do the right thing and pass a half decent not good maybe 10 8 of what you need gun law um they overthrew that too and of course there's miranda no more law and order where you have the right to remain silent we're gonna go back to an era where i guess a cop can not read you your rights if you don't know them just throw you in the back of the car you have enough problems with rogue police already they've decided to add to them they represent not nothing close to majority of the public democrats need to get our shite together and start messaging who they are the extremists they are the attacks on the economy the attacks on our autonomy ignoring covet and these things and point out who they are they're not quote reasonable people i don't care if they agree with us on a few things and sign on to a few laws or not they're ghouls and the five on the supreme court outside of roberts among them you've got two accused sexual harassers and abusers you've got two out and out political oh actually roberts is on three political operatives you've got one person who's a member of a religious cult this does not represent modern the modern united states we are going to become a banana republic we are going to head backwards our tourism will die people will not want to come here for all these reasons and of course clarence thomas in an opinion that looked like he was written by a eight-year-old and crayon said that oberfeld and some of the other decisions like that are where they're coming for next you know they've undone the right to privacy um sad day in the united states history but a day that should make you so much more determined to fight these sons of um they they're standing with a minority they know they can only win by cheating and stealing supreme court seats we need to fight in every one of those governor's races in every congressional race in every senate race we turn people out like we've never done before when you tell people what's on the line we need to register we need to protest we just show up and get in their faces i don't care about brett kavanaugh's house don't break the law don't hurt anybody but if you're across the street from brett kavanaugh's house or clarence thomas's ass have at it this is what they've done they've broken every norm and every rule mitch
