Now they have used another bs justification to get the decision they wanted--as they have with all the others--greatly curtailing the EPA's ability to regulate CO2. No biggie, who needs to breathe? And in another not shocking development, in a 6-3 decision the Supreme Court has greatly hamstrung the ability of congress and the EPA most importantly to regulate CO2. Yay. Carbon emissions are great and we all love the polar bears dying and the ice chunks melting in Antarctica so that basically Miami can be a fun Water World type experience about 20, 30 years from now. Again, this Supreme Court is fully political, does not care about anything they've even said as recently as yesterday. Here they decided that because congress had not specifically in the clean air act given the EPA the ability to regulate CO2, even though they've given them broad authority to regulate harmful gases and stuff like that, that they had gone beyond their purview and now it's going to be very hard for them to regulate clean, to regulate coal power plants in West Virginia. And climate change will continue unabated until we expand this court.
