as posted by the channelSo I am Thomas Carney, a 28 year old Men's Rights Activist. I consider myself a political moderate, and have decided to enter the world of politics. While being a men's rights activist (MRA) constitutes the bulk of content on this channel, it is only one small part of my overall world ideology. I believe in a balanced and centrist political model where important issues such as economics, STEM, education, healthcare, social justice, etc are addressed via civil diplomacy and an intellectual approach that supersedes partisanship...in other words, we have fallen into a very negative cycle of "our side vs your side." Let's change that!
While this will continue to be a mens rights channel, I will start adding sporadic politically themed videos as well to explain what my political positions would be should I ever find myself in office, and/or working for a campaign. Also, while you WILL see videos critical of feminism on this channel, I will say this- I am NOT against the principals of feminism, and I believe there are many well meaning feminists who support equality, whom which I'd be happy to work with! I believe much of the division between feminism and the Men's Rights Movement is a symptom of our political division, the "us vs them" mentality. That said, there ARE videos where I levy specific criticisms towards feminist organizations and figures- in these videos, you will see I ALWAYS directly quote/link what I am criticizing, and do not simply concur criticism 'out of the blue.'
