Through his company, Philip Michael was able to allow 2,000 first time investors to own alongside NYCE a smart tech building in Philadelphia right by Temple University. And for the building are plans to create co-living spaces for entrepreneurs.
The environment will be conducive to fostering creativity, growth, and have the resources necessary for young entrepreneurs to incubate and accelerate their ideas for starting their own businesses.
