In the fight against the coronavirus, the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine was paused. What does this mean?

Almost 7 million doses of this vaccine have been administered with only 6 experiencing serious side effects. All 6 are women between the ages of 18 and 48 with one woman unfortunately, passing away. Another woman is in critical condition.

On one hand, blood clots are of multiple common side effects in many medications, and with this wide of a rollout it could be wise to show extra caution.

How will this pause on the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine impact the vaccine rollout and reopening process?

We all have been assuming that we would be vaccinated by summer 2021, but could this put a damper on our summer plans?
