Social Media Marketing: Is It Worth It? Should I Pay For Ads?
Philip Michael says that social media marketing might or might not be the best solution for getting your small business out there, but it is certainly one of the ways. His small business advice here is to lean on your strengths. What are you good at? This might be the difference between pushing towards social media marketing and email marketing, for instance. Social Media Platforms are geared towards shorter copy and a preference for videos and photos. If that’s something that interests you then get into it! Social Media marketing is good, just make sure you tailor it to your strengths.
Should you pay for ads on social media platforms when advertising your small business? Generally, yes. It’s much more difficult nowadays to become successful on social media completely organically.
When advertising on social media platforms, Philip Michael says to ask yourself, “Why are my followers following me?” and “What do my followers get out of following me?”
Do You Think The 2021 Tokyo Olympics Will Happen This Year?
Philip Michael knows that Euro 2020, the World Cup in soccer for Europe, is still happening, so he hopes that the 2021 Tokyo Olympics will also happen! But in the end, who even knows? This is a decision that is over so many heads, but what we do know is that the Olympics is a wonderful international event that creates many great memories, so it would be a shame if it had to be cancelled again. We can only hope it comes back!
Are Internet Rates Rising? Should I Buy A House Now? Should I Buy A House In 2021?
Philip says that there’s always going to be a reason to either buy or sell in real estate. Some real estate advice? You’re not going to buy a property at all if you’re not standing there, and not making a move. There’s always going to be money in and money in terms of buying a house or buying a property in real estate. Always look at your cash flow, and make sure your income exceeds your cost of capital. It’s always a good to time to start investing in real estate or otherwise.
