Joining Philip Michael today is Brooke Riley, entrepreneur and the founder of ReFabbed and ReFabbed Boutique, to tell us about her story and how she started in a very successful career but felt unfulfilled, and what she did to change that and pursue her passion. Her passion turned into a side hustle, into a hustle, into the blogging career she has today.
What gave you the courage to quit your successful career and start the blog that led you to where you’re at today?
Brooke Riley says she had this very successful career, but knew in her heart that that’s not where she was supposed to be, and people can know that and stay there anyway.
Eventually for Brooke she had a mini stroke, and between that and other health problems she was led to really looking into her passion and diving into her passion. And eventually passion meets purpose, and when that happens you can’t ignore that.
When it comes to passion meets purpose, is there any entrepreneur motivation you can give?
It can be a feeling you have. You can find joy in whatever you do, but are you feeling fulfilled in your life and in your purpose? Or do you feel you’re just going through the motions?
