Personal branding is important...but why? Is it important in 2021?
Personal branding is that balance of being genuine and valuable, and you need to find that nice mix. This is what will help you stand out and be a cut above the rest.
In 2021, this is a necessity! There is so much noise out there and so many shiny entrepreneurs out there. You can’t just sit back and let people find you based on how fantastic you are because in today’s market that just isn’t going to happen. They’re going to find you based on how you show up, and that is through your personal branding in your entrepreneurship.
How can one do this?
Robyn Hatcher says you should always get connected to your “why” in what you have to offer. Share your story. It’s not bragging, you are sharing because you don’t tell people how great you are, they’re not going to know why you can help them.
Is this importance of personal branding necessary for entrepreneurs only or also in the corporate world?
Yes to both! Robyn Hatcher works very often with corporate clients because the rules stay the same, but in this case this helps you climb up the ladder within whatever corporation you’re working at.
