Tesla Paid Black Former Employee Over A $1 Million
In the latest Tesla news, Tesla paid over a million dollars to a former employee after an arbitrator ruled that the electric car company failed to stop the employee’s supervisors from calling him the N word. This comes after years of complaints from workers who claim that Tesla does not do anything to prevent the use of racial slurs on the assembly line. They were also slow to clean up hate symbols in common areas. Of course, Tesla has denied all these allegations saying they are against all forms of bad behavior.

Inflation Isn’t The Problem, Americans Are Just Not Paid Enough
Economist Robert Reich published a piece where he says that inflation isn’t the problem we are having today, but that Americans are not paid enough. Some people are worried that President Biden’s $3.5 trillion budget will cause inflation. Reich argues that if this budget will be paid for with tax hikes, then there won’t be a difference in the national debt and, therefore, no inflation. He believes the biggest economic issue is that the average American’s income has not risen with the prices of goods or the nation’s productivity. He argues if the government needs to have a trillion dollar budget to keep the country afloat, then the government is not functioning well.
