If you are looking for a job, you better put your vaccination status on your resume. Resumebuilder.com conducted a study with over a thousand hiring managers and they found that 33% of hiring managers rejected resumes if they did not include the applicant’s vaccination status. 70% of hiring managers were more likely to consider someone if they listed whether an applicant was vaccinated or not.
Job seekers in healthcare, hospitality, and technology are putting their vaccination status on their resume on top of the line. As workers are returning to the office, employers and their companies want to ensure their workers are taking the proper precautions.
But not all resume coaches agree with adding your vaccination status to your resume. Instead, these resume coaches believe these companies should ask about an applicant’s vaccination status upfront during the interview.
