Many employees are ready to leave behind their sweatpants, put on their more formal attire, and head to the office. Hybrid workspaces are becoming more popular with a mix of in-office and remote staff. This is definitely changing office dynamics.
A survey conducted by Deloitte found that more than two-thirds of 275 executives were still working fully remotely. But 64% expected their organizations to return to the office at some point this year.
A hybrid workspace offers many pros and cons. One pro is that you can work from anywhere at any time when remote. But there could be tension over whether people who go into the office will be seen as harder workers and have more opportunities at their disposal.
