Musk, the world's richest man and the CEO of Tesla, is considering launching a new platform that allows people to express themselves freely and without fear of censorship.
He also claims he'll try to keep propaganda to a bare minimum. Because disinformation became a concern during the pandemic, Twitter earned a reputation for restricting some of its users.
Despite the fact that their goals appear to be well-intentioned, many people believe the platform is biased, particularly when it comes to blocking certain political views. Elon's interest in a new platform comes after government officials persuaded a federal judge that his Twitter account should be kept under surveillance. Let's just say he's had some run-ins with the law in the past as a result of his tweets.
