Burning cryptocurrency entails destroying a significant amount of a specific coin in order to raise its value. Consider the Shiba Inu. People will seize a big number of SHIB and burn them in order to increase the value of the meme coin. These are the fundamental supply and demand laws. The more of something there is, the less valuable it is.
It's one of the reasons why rare Pokemon cards may fetch thousands of dollars. So, if you hold a cryptocurrency, a crypto burn is beneficial. Burn parties are used to eliminate extra tokens and boost the value of those who are still hanging onto the same cryptocurrency.
