Do you share your Netflix password? Well, guess what? The party's over if you're not paying starting next month. So, if you're sharing with your ex or your friendly neighbor, listen up. Netflix now says that an account is limited to one household living under the same roof.

So, if you have a kid out of the house in college, you might have to pay extra for them to stream. Some estimates claim it will be about five bucks extra for a family-share Plan. Already, Netflix cracking down on password sharing has been annoying. I traveled and forgot to log out, and I was accused of sharing my password. I actually don't.

But there are an estimated 100 million people who do, and that adds up to billions of dollars in losses for Netflix. Still, with all that competition out there, if Netflix cracks down too hard, will people migrate to other platforms? I think I will.

Already, the number of streaming platforms I subscribe to has reached the price of a traditional cable package. So, at some point, I'm going to at least cancel one of them.
