ALDI has a lot of items approved from Dr. Sebi's Nutritional Guide. Lots of fresh organic, alkaline cell food. These are the items I was able to find at my local Aldi stores. Your selection may be even more fruitful. Please share in the comments any new finds!

-Natural growing grains are alkaline-based; it is recommended that you consume the grains listed in the Nutritional Guide instead of Wheat.

-No animal products, No dairy, No fish, No hybrid foods and No alcohol.

-No canned or seedless fruit.

-Avoid using a microwave, it will kill your food.
