Okay, the food shortage thing has not been a new phenomenon, they had been prepping and planning this for a hill. People who are familiar with a certain agenda, and I'll get to that near the end of the program, but had stated that they needed something done by 2005 that had to do with agriculture and food. And what they started to do was to try and create a way for the government to intervene in the lives of farmers and control how they produce things, what method they produce them how much they could produce, and whether or not they can even produce something.

And then they started regulating how much people could produce on their own outside the farms. So in 2000, 567, and eight, a certain individual by the name of Bush created a division. And it was called the spectrum plan. Now the spectrum plan implemented a brand new set of agencies to deal with agriculture. The first one was Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services, Agriculture Research Service, departmental administration, farm Services Agency, the Forest Service, Food Safety and Inspection Service, natural resources convention Conservation Service, and the Office of the Inspector General.

So you have a bunch of agencies that now have federal control over everything farmers did. The bigger bottom line is that it was all based on lobbying from pesticides, companies on Santa were a big one. Okay. So you have people that were intentionally creating poison in the foods. And the government sided with them to make a rule over the farmers that have them use these pesticides.

Or they don't have the right to perform agriculture. Now, the question here is, why would they create agencies to survey and monitor people who know how to farm? At what purpose and the only thing I can come up with is to eventually regulate what can be produced? How much it can be produced? And who produces it? And all that plays an impact on the way things are?
