It may be shocking to learn that a lot of the seafood that is sold in supermarkets around the world is really not seafood at all. A lot of it contains some kind of imitation crab meat, and finding the actual seafood can be difficult.
In this video, we take a close look at this fraud and find out why so much of what we are being sold is not actually what it appears to be.
