as posted by the channelAccording to sources, the father of missing 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro told a fake inmate in the jail where he is being housed that he killed the baby and put the baby inside a trash can. Sources say Haro told the fake inmate this as part of a "Perkins Operation" -- when an undercover informant poses as an inmate to get information out of someone in custody. The baby's father, Jake Haro, and the baby's mother, Rebecca Haro, were both charged with murder.
