The suspects in a child endangerment case in Vinton County have been formally charged, including child sexual abuse charges for two of the suspects. And newly unsealed information reveals the sexual abuse investigation is what led to the discovery of the living conditions for 16 children. The Ohio Attorney General’s office announced that Gary Siders Jr., 36, and Elizabeth Siders, 33, have each been charged with two counts of sexual battery and two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
