4:49Now PlayingWhy People Don't Value The Present Moment?
Most people appear that they don't value the present moment. They all seem to live either in the past or thinking about the future. Over the past weeks I recorded a video with my daughter about trusting the process. In this video, I taught her how to trust the process and why this is so important for her personal growth.
Regarding that video, I received a lot of comments, especially from relatives, about why I should treasure those moments, because I would regret it when after they had been gone.
This is exactly what you should be avoiding. Why these people say such things? What is hiding behind these statements? Why these people always seem like not valuing the present moment?
