This is a nightmare for most programmers. A lot of programmers fear design and they avoid getting in touch with it as long as they can.
Said that, I need to say that I am in the team that believes that you can do and learn everything you can, even design.
However, I often get asked about how you can possibly find a programming job that does not involve any type of design. Does it even exist? How can you possibly make sure that you won't need to face any type of design when at a programming job?
