When you work for a company, especially if you work at a higher level position, you probably already feel part of the environment and, like you or not, would like to see that the job you do makes an impact on the company you work.
But... what if your company does not let you make decisions? What if you can't make any decisions on your company? Is that even a thing you should be considering? Should companies let their employees make decisions?
