This is such a complex thing to be discussed and a lot of people will disagree with me, but I believe that you shouldn't be giving money to friends and family.
As I've said, this is definitely a very difficult question and I thought I needed to tackle this thing and let you know my opinion.
Money is onf the main reasons why people fight. People can get into real trouble if they start to face money problems. It can be really delicated to handle these issues when you're it is inside of your family or around friends.
I would also say that yu shouldn't be giving money to people that think they want but they actually DON'T want it. And that they'll never make good use of this.
