I've talked several times on this channel about growth and what are the different stages of it.

As life goes on, you'll start to realize that you can't experience steady growth 100% of the time. There will be times where you'll fall backwards and, most of all, plateau.

But... What is a plateau?

"Psychology. a period of little or no apparent progress in an individual's learning, marked by an inability to increase speed, reduce number of errors, etc., and indicated by a horizontal stretch in a learning curve or graph."

Most consider this to be one of the worst stages of growth... But... Is it?
