I use to say that in ly we have two different types of problems: the ones that go away and the ones that don't go away.
During our lives, we must learn how to direct our energy into the thing we can control, instead of wasting our energy in things that we can't control.
Understanding that there are two different types of problem and we should analyze each one of them and understand which ones are the ones that we can spend our energy and efforts.
