Don't Try To "Get Back To Even"
We all have relapses and fall downs. We tend to make progress and, suddenly, we see ourselves back to where we started, sometimes, even, back to where we were.
This is why, when we say we "get back on track" we tend to want to "get back to even", which means that we try to recover everything that was "lost" during that period.
However, during the years and with my experience, I came to realize that this might not be the best option if we really want to get back to where we were before.
In this video, I'll share why you should not try to get back to even and what you should do instead.
