Today I'm going to talk about something we all do but we're not always aware of it.
When we face some serious difficulties and challenges in our lives we tend to activate our flight or fight response. That response usually triggers an adrenaline cycle and we respond in what we call "fight or flight". This is an ancient system and it happens in basically all animals.
However, in our society today, we tend to activate much more the "flight" response than the "fight" one. Why do we do that?
