Algorithms to live by was probably one of the best books I've read till now, especially because it draws our attention to our non-stop minds who can't stop living in the future.
In that book, I got a very interesting quote about random situations and focused situations.
In today's video, I'm going to talk about now. Focusing on the now, because this is where we are right now.
There is no past. There is no future. There is just now.
Focusing on the now has only benefits. Productivity increases drastically once we understand that the now is the most important thing.
Multitasking is done and won't get you anywhere.
In this video, I'm going to talk more about focusing on the now and how you can cut off distractions and take control of your schedule once again.
