In this video, Tom shares more about renting properties, why he only rents with values under market and how he was able to make his first million at 28.
At this third video, Tom talks about negotiating real estate and property deals.
He talks about how he was able to get INSANE deals by using two techniques: Asking and understanding the numbers and math.
By asking, you would be surprised if you know how many INSANE deals he was able to get simply by asking questions, by getting into homes and offering counter deals for the ones interested.
He also talks about how one time he was able to get an insane deal with a university teacher that didn't understand the numbers... And Tom took advantage of it.
