I'm still in Barcelona and, while I'm fasting, I was walking my way home and looking at every Burger Kind I was passing by. Soon I realized that, in order to keep my goal, I couldn't keep doing it.
If you really want to keep focused and avoid distractions, you need to set clear goals...
But most importantly, you need to be able to DON`T WASTE YOUR ENERGY in things you're not going to commit to.
In this video I'll share with you some great and lesser-known techniques if you really want to avoid distractions and commit to your goals.
You need to understand that if you don't set up a good foundation, then, it doesn't make sense to keep following most of the advice you read on productivity blogs.
