How to go from 10% to 7% body fat?
Most people believe that losing that is a one-time only thing that they will do once and never again.
Fact is: It is much easier to go from 18% to 10% than to get lower than 10% body fat.
To look good, you need to get below 10%—the point at which most guys can see some definition—and ideally as low as 7%. But this is definitely not easy as you think.
Going from 10% to 7% body fat requires a clear plan AND, most of all, mental toughness.
In this video I'll discuss how you can get lower percentage body fat, soemthing close to 7%.
