In today's video, someone emailed me asking me if selling your house and renting it looks like a solid plan.
Picture that: you want to sell your house so that you can put the money on a bank (or invest elsewhere), get on the interest rates and live off of that, by renting a cheaper place.
While it might seem like a good plan, it might not be the best option when we dive deep into this strategy. And this is exactly what we are going to talk about in this video.
