As I was walking out of my latest workout I came to realize something really powerful... #hardwork #motivation #stoicphilosophy
The day this video was recorded, I actually realized that I had done a total of 3.5 hours of workout, including lifting weights, Muay Thai and running.
This on top of my work on my computer, trying to build up the Bulldog Mindset brand, I came to realize that every day of my life is like this.
I work hard. Very hard. Either on my business or in my mind/body.
That's why I tend to say that hard work is now my normal. And although it is still hard, it's not so hard as it used to be. I became a Bulldog.
In this video we'll talk more about how hard work can become your new normal and what you need to do to achieve this level.
