As soon as I published the video where I talked about my one meal a day experience, I started to get hundreds of messages telling me to be cautious because my cells could be eating itself.
The thing is: fasting is not the same as starving and anorexia is another completely different thing. There is definitely a difference between fasting and starvation.
Fasting is when you deplete the glycogen reserves, while starvation is when you already depleted your glycogen reserves and you are now depleting fat reserves, the muscles and the organs.
