Congrats on your success brother! Great videos. I'm working on switching to OMAD (One Meal A Day) instead of 6-8 hours eating window. I lost 80 pounds back in 2011 and have kept it off but need to lose about 10-15 more to get lean enough for 6 pack. My question is how do you NOT eat after that one mean? I can fast easily until 6pm to 8pm but after that one meal, my appetite kicks in and I crave carbs/sweets ect... for the rest of the evening. I go to bed around 12 or 1am every night so if I eat around 7 PM that's 5 -6 hours of cravings to deal with. How do you deal with it?
Well stay with me to know the 6 tips to stop your cravings for food!
