What people don't get when it comes to buying a house is that it REALLY depends. It all comes down to fundamentals.
Paying cash for a home eliminates the need to pay interest on the loan and any closing costs. It is also more attractive to sellers too.
On the other hand, even if a buyer has the ability to pay cash for a home, it might make sense to not tie up a lot of cash to purchase real estate.
If you can borrow someonelse's money cheaper than the return you would make on that investment, this is definitely what you should be doing. #realestate #buyahouse #investing
