I'm going through a phase in my life where I feel like I'm starting over in a lot of ways.
And I went through a period of depression, about this loss of identity, a loss of value, a loss of purpose, which is ironic for me, in the sense that I've always been the guy who preaches that there is no such thing as a loss.
As I previously stated, these videos are therapy for me, and I had lost sight of that at some point. I lost the therapy aspect of it because I began making videos for the sake of making videos rather than making videos to talk about what I wanted to talk about in order to coach myself, which is what I'm doing now.
