10:36Now PlayingFOLLOW ON TWITTERSo my current/previous job has a huge contract with Walmart so I have to be inside the stores and in the back rooms all day so I see all the inner working of stores. Not only is there no accountability but the management is usually abhorrent.
Apparently the attendance policy is 5 points in most districts. 8 in some. With 1 for call in and 2 for no show. Which still has the exact same outcome. No show 3 times and fired. Call in 5 times and fired. Same maths. It is 12 in my district. 2 for call in 4 for no show.
