We're out here on the GoPro 8 with the best settings possible, 4k rendered at 50mbps. Still not that impressive but it sure beats the abysmal 1080p of the GoPro. I always rendered my Sony x3000 videos at 18mbps, you try that on the GoPro and it falls apart due to the terrible codec. Still trying to convince myself to upgrade to the GoPro 8 but there are some features that are still worse than the Sony x3000.
