Phil Gurski is the President and CEO of Borealis Threat and Risk Consulting Ltd. and Programme Director for the Security, Economics and Technology (SET) hub at the University of Ottawa’s Professional Development Institute (PDI). He worked as a senior strategic analyst at CSIS (Canadian Security Intelligence Service) from 2001-2015, specializing in violent Islamist-inspired homegrown terrorism and radicalisation.

Hitman 2 is a stealth video game developed by IO Interactive and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Stadia (under the title Hitman: World of Assassination) on 13 November 2018. It is the seventh major installment in the Hitman video game series and the second entry in the World of Assassination trilogy, as the sequel to 2016's Hitman. Continuing the plot arc started in Hitman, the single-player story follows genetically-engineered assassin Agent 47 as he hunts down the mysterious "Shadow Client" and his allies, who are trying to destroy the secretive organization controlling the world's affairs known as Providence.
