12:25Now PlayingDay two of my trip to Donbas took me to Kramatorsk and then Dobropillia … which is basically the fallback city behind Bakhmut. And honestly, it turned out to be one of the most surreal frontline reports I’ve ever done.
Usually, I wrap these videos with some kind of hopeful message or a story of resilience. But this time… there was literally no one left. And that hit hard, especially because just three months ago, this place was full of life. People, hope, movement and now? It’s empty. It really shows just how quickly the frontline is shifting and how fast Russian forces are moving.
