1:32:09Now PlayingThis is the audio of a debate (really a presentation, response, and counter-response) between philosophers Alvin Plantinga and Daniel Dennett. The audio can be found elsewhere online, but it's pretty bad quality, so I've included captions so the listener can follow along. The debate was published as Science and Religion: Are They Compatible? by OUP with three additional chapters. Plantinga's chapters are pretty close to the actual content of the original debate, but Dennett changed significant portions of his contribution when it was published, notably his "little joke" at the end.
I think I managed to get the captions right, but I can't figure out what Plantinga says at 9:52. And finally, the applause before and after the presentations are too loud, so just keep your finger on the volume.
