Did Pope Pius IX order the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln? No. But a French-Canadian Priest named Charles Chiniquy made this allegation in 1886 with his book "Fifty Years in the Church of Rome." I came across this idea while doing research for another video, and it was so crazy I just had to make a video about it.
