It's one of the city's busiest streets, where many flock to the bars, restaurants, and shops — even more so during the summer and Stampede. At its peak, sidewalks can be overcrowded with people and patios. So, the local neighbourhood association is asking Calgarians if it's time to reimagine 17th Avenue S.W. by closing off some sections to cars.
