A judge has made 14 recommendations to improve combat sporting events in Alberta. It comes seven years after the death of Tim Hague, who suffered a brain hemorrhage after a boxing match in Edmonton. Alberta is the only province that puts combative sports commissions under municipal jurisdiction.
