In May, a pro-Palestinian encampment sat on the University of Alberta campus until Edmonton police were called to dismantle it. This week, the U of A's board of governors released an independent third-party review that deemed the institution had the legal right to clear the camp. Protest organizers aren't surprised by the conclusion, but feel the report validates that it was peaceful.
