YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

As kids head back to school, parents of junior high and high school students can expect to receive a new form to sign.

It's called the Fairness and Safety in Sport confirmation form. In order to play in competitive female-only sports, parents need to confirm their child's gender on the document.

Correction: A previous version of this story said that parents would need to provide a birth certificate to prove a child’s gender if challenged. In fact, a copy of the birth registration document is required.
